Aero Simulation, Inc. of Tampa, Florida receives extension to Coast Guard Contract to support USCG Aviation Training Center - MobileTampa, Florida - September 20, 2005 - Aero Simulation Incorporated (ASI) today announced that the company has received an extension to its contract from the United States Coast Guard’s Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, Elizabeth City, NC to provide Integrated Modification, Operation and Maintenance Services for the USCG’s Aviation Training Center located in Mobile, Alabama. The contract calls for continued support of training and training devices for the HH-60, HH-65 and HU-25 aircraft. ASI has been supporting the Aviation Training Center as a dependable and responsive supplier to the Coast Guard aviation team since 1996. This award of an option year is for the period ending on 30 September 2006, the third year of a five-year contract. Annual options for two additional Government Fiscal years ending in September 2007, if exercised, will bring the contract value to a total of over $3,300,000. “ASI appreciates the Coast Guard’s latest expression of confidence in our ability to support ATC Mobile with simulator modifications, operations and simulator maintenance,” said Joe Fernandez, President and CEO of ASI. “ATC Mobile and the Coast Guard Guard’s Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, Elizabeth City, NC continue to be among our most important customers. This is particularly true in a year where the crews trained at ATC Mobile performed so spectacularly in the aftermath of Gulf Coast hurricanes.” The majority of the work will be performed by the team of experienced ASI technicians and engineers currently located at ATC Mobile, with periodic technical specialty support from ASI’s Tampa, FL engineering staff.
